Delivery & Returns Policy

Customers are legally entitled to cancel and return their order within 14 working days of receipt of the product.

Items need to be returned in their original condition and we will be happy to credit or exchange your order.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges or refunds of earrings unless they are defective or faulty.

Sale Items:

All sale items must be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or credit. We do not offer price adjustments if items are further reduced after your purchase date.

Exceptions:

Please note that the following are excluded from our returns policy:

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Bespoke or engraved items
  • Items otherwise altered to a customer’s request

All items returned as faulty will be inspected. Any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, third party workmanship, accidental damage or fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
